The $25m project involved a redevelopment of the approx. 2.5 ha site, including the construction of 87 large light industrial / commercial units with mezzanines. 1.5 ha of civil pavement and drainage was constructed, alongside extensive site wide stormwater works and detention tanks. The project constructed in three stages includes a 200m extension of Bellambi Lane connecting to the units, as well as the rehabilitation of Bellambi Creek and its riparian corridor for better egress of water pathways.
